Sri Raghavashram

Sri Raghavashram

This is the tenth pasuram sung in Ragam Thodi.Another girl who is keen on attaining salvation by observing pavai nonbu is also sleeping still although all her friends have assembled at her door. ANDAL castigates her for her lethargy and exhorts her to join them. “Oh beautiful girl who wants to enter heaven by observing the prescribed austerity, won’t you come out and open the door or at the least respond to our call? The lord whom we extol and who wears the fragrant tulasi garland on his head, long ago felled the demon KumbakarNan. Did that demon cede you the long sleep spell which he obtained from the gods? You are still tired and drowsy but you are a precious jewel among us. Please come and open the door with a clear mind”.

This is the ninth pasuram sung in Ragam Hameer Kalyani. Here is another affluent girl in deep slumber and in trying to coax her into getting up. ANDAL seeks the assistance of the girl’s mother.

This is the eighth pasuram sung in Ragam Dhanyasi. In this pasuram Andal is having a personal conversation waking up yet another gopi who is considered a favorite of Krishna. Andal tells her she is holding up other girls who are already on the way for the ritualistic bath.

This is the seventh pasuram sung in Ragam Bairavi. Here another girl who is still in deep slumber is awakened by mentioning the sound made by other birds and the sound of the cowherd women churning the curd to make butter in their yards. This girl had to be forced to come out and join the others in observing the nonbu.

This is the sixth pasuram sung in Ragam Shankarabaranam. There are still some maidens who are asleep and ANDAL and her retinue wake them up by going to the houses of 10 other young maidens in the village to go to the river and observe the pavai nonbu.

This is the fifth pasuram sung in Sri Ragam. In this pasuram the benefits of worshipping Krishna, the darling of Ayarpadi, are detailed. These benefits include the elimination of past sins and any potential future sins.

A real Master, Yogi Ramsuratkumar will be happy when the Sadhaka who obediently carries out all his commands, and not with the person who is always standing before Him and doing Namaskaras.

The True Bakti in Guru YogiRamsuratkumar means single-pointed devotion uniformly expressed in mind, speech and body. The real devotion on Him is carrying out His commands implicitly and obey in action. To profess allegiance in words is no devotion at all.

His Guidance can never be the same for all. Countless are the varieties of vasanas (environment, characteristics, hereditary, spiritual & mental development) for an individual. This shows that each person varies in their commitment, goals, thoughts etc. Perhaps, there doesn’t exist differences in Him. Yet the fault lies with us. What can any guru do when we have no desire to reform ourselves and reach upto Him.

All Humans must seek to know what are the real means of happiness and try to obtain them. If you regulate your life, on pure, healthy lines physical, mental and spiritual, only you can experience true lasting peace and bliss.

Our mind is always restless like monkey. If we start thinking about His (Guru) holy life and sayings at that time, the vasana left in our mind will be washed out and we will get a marvelous bliss through Him.

True peace and happiness is within you. The Real Master Yogi Ramsuratkumar is within you. Surrender yourself. Search within and get His glory and bliss!
